• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor(s). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

• Shipping times and costs are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship program, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us or logging into your account prior to the next scheduled billing date.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Original Nutrition products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Original Nutrition a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including via bots, scrapers, or malware)
• Resell products purchased from the Site without our written authorization
