Shipping & Returns

Shipping options and costs are selected and paid for by the customer at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
